This Rodin garden is astounding. There are numerous sculptures around the garden and the main attraction in my opinion is the famous Gates of hell that is gloriously displayed. It was spellbinding. There are numerous benches to sit and contemplate

The Rodin Sculpture Garden at Stanford is the next best thing to seeing his work in Paris. It's quite amazing to see in person. Each piece is stunning. The nice thing is you can touch the sculptures. Perfect for kids as most museums they tell you not to touch the art, here they can climb on it! Best part: it's... More

Beautiful collection of sculptures located outside the main museum. The area is small, but worth taking a little time to appreciate these marvellous pieces.

The Rodin sculptures outside are all nearby each other. Perhaps my favorite aspect of this is how uncurated it is. They are just outside, unwatched. There's something empowering about being able to just walk amongst masterpieces. The gates of hell is breathtaking and terrible and the sculptures are larger than life. Go inside to see much more.

Stanford University is obviously an incredible place of learning and one of, if not the best university in the world, but their Rodin Sculpture Garden is not worth the visit. The campus is a bit of a let down as well. Spread out and not really a college town like some others. School is fantastic, but the area around it... More
