It took a tourist coming to town for me to learn about this. Mesmerizing art work- particularly the gate of hell- I spent a good 15mins staring at that piece. Bring a picnic to sit outside. Weather is almost always pleasant here. Also, ask around...More

This is a beautiful collection of Rodin sculpture which has proven a true treasure to Palo Alto. Over the years I have brought visiting friends and family, my own children, even business associates, teachers and clients here to wander and discuss the art. It's a...More

I like Rodin, so it's worth a visit. I parked in a free 20-min space, there are paid parking spots near the Cantor Center for Visual Arts where the garden is located.

Incredible sculpture garden! The sculptures were amazing and the backdrop of the church gave you the impression of a real French museum.

The Rodin Sculpture Garden (and the Cantor Art Museum and the Anderson Collection) are a treat on campus. The Burghers of Calais and Gates of Hell are among then outdoor works, and inside the Museum is a Thinker. The outdoor garden is lit at night....More

This is one of the best free art exhibits around. The Rodin's are most excellent. Then you can view Cantor or stroll to the Quad.

Since this was our first visit to the Stanford campus, this collection was a nice surprise. And it was thanks to Tripadvisor that we knew it was there. It is certainly worth your time to see it.

The garden is dedicated to Cantor, who was the first donor of these statues in the University. It is today the site where you will find the best statues by Rodin outside of Paris. There are about 20 of them here. The garden is very...More

This small sculpture garden is worth the trip, if only to stand in front of Rodin's Gates of Hell. This powerful work is captivating and creepy, with incredible detail.

No, it's not. These group of sculptures is right next to the Cantor Arts Center (museum). But not far from Memorial Church, on the Memorial Court Park, there is also a small group of Rodin sculptures.
