This is an incredible little museum. They have done such a good job of putting the things in context with photos, maps, and descriptions. If you don't speak Spanish, make sure you ask for the guide book in English. I was also told there is another in the works in French. Also interesting to look in the guide book and... More

We have passed through Mascota many times and finally stopped to visit this museum which had been under renovation. It is very interesting and has things that relate to the areas past. Worth a vist entry by donation

A wonderful mix of recent discoveries and ancient lives. We really enjoyed the displays. I wish there had been a bit more info in English, but the artifacts tell their own story.

A small but top quality display of the archaeological finds in the area. Very well done and supported by National Geographic. Very helpful guide.

Newly found artifacts displayed well in this small museum. The layout is easy to follow and it is free, so leave a donation to help support the museum.
