GPS Coordinates:

This winery was recommended to us by a friend. We enjoyed the tasting and bough a couple of boxes of the wine. Using the GPS coordinates it was easy to find.
The place to taste the wine isn't particularly room compared to others, but it's all about the taste! We also bought some olive oil.

My wife, 2 friends and I spent an enjoyable hour or so tasting the various wines available at the vineyard, all Chianti. The friendly and informative guide from the vineyard talked us through the creation process and the distinction between the various qualities. Sitting outside in the sunshine staring across the beautiful valley whilst tasting wines was bliss. The barrel area in the main house was fascinating (and the age of the basement area - over 1000 years old - is amazing). The only reason this is only a 3 star review is that the wines themselves were only "ok" and we'd tried nicer at a nearby smaller vineyard, plus they were double the price, but as a place to visit and taste, I'd highly recommend.
note: the main house is surrounded by various cottages that are available as holiday lets - having not stayed in one, I can't comment on a rating for them, but they look great and I'm definitely interested in returning another year and renting one for a week.

While driving the "strada bianca" towards Poggibonsi, we found this wine house and got a warm welcome.
Every wine the produce can be tasted (even their grappa) and most important: quality of the wine is superb!

Purchased 3 bottles of Anagallis 2016 after tasting, sold on offer, it was then discovered why the price was particularly low... 3/3 tasted like a cork with a film of mold on the cork. Truffaldini, they ruin the image of Chianti Classico. 3 words: shame, shame, shame!!!

Hallo,
auf welchem Preisniveau ab Hof befinden Sie die Weine in etwa?
Vielleicht hat ja jemand noch div. Preis für die Weine im Kopf.
Danke!
Viele Grüße
