We took a chairlift ride to the museum and walked around at the top. It can be considerably cooler a the top than in town, and the walking is fairly difficult, so dress appropriately.) There are extensive trenches, artillery emplacements and other remnants of WWI....More
Taking the chair lift to Cinque Torri or driving to rifugio (narrow and challenging route!) and you can find many ruins and caves from war. No fee, just "open air museum" worth visiting.
