We were staying in Erice so just bought a return ticket and rode down and straight back up again. Lovely, quiet ride with great views.

The cable car is a good way to get into Trapani from Erice. The cost was €4.5 each way but that’s cheaper and is less of a hassle than try g to drive there and find parking.

Really enjoyed the cableway ride. €9 pp. We got on in Erice then got off at the bottom in Trapani, used the toilet and went straight back up to Erice. Really good views.
