There are different routes to climb La Rocca, some easier than others. We had a charming Swedish guide who kept us at a steady but fair pace and we covered the 7k from Garda to Bardolino and back along the coast to Garda without any...More

This is a great walk, from behind the church in Garda. My wife an I walked to top, and were surprised at the fantastic views over lake and towns. The effort is well repaid when you arrive at the top. Another short walk to the...More

We took a morning hike from Garda, following the road near Bikapi hostel and then winding up zigzag steps under the shade of trees. The steps are steep and hard work, but you soon arrive at a forest junction with a couple of picnic benches....More

Walked up La Rocca from Garda on a couple of occasions. Started off from the road by the church and just followed the signs. There is a path all the way and it's much easier than you might expect. Near the top you can turn...More
