We stayed at Garda and walked along the lakeside path to Bardolino, the path is flat and well paved which makes for easy walking; it took us about 45 minutes at a leisurely pace. We stopped at a bar along the way for a drink...More

Fabulous views of the lake, surrounding hills, Garda & Bardolino along this lakeside path, which is suitable for walkers and cyclists. A shame the cyclists ignore the regulations that require them to ride at walking pace......Many were tearing along much too fast with the potential...More

Took a trip to lake Garda near Verona and stopped for a lazy lunch alongside the lake. Absolutely magnificent views. My wife had spaghetti vongole (cockles) and I had spaghetti scoglio (seafood). Possibly the best pasta I’ve had this year in Italy or anywhere else...More

difficult to give one opinion for such wide different destinations around the lake... i would say that its a lovely place for couple and families in different town you will have different experience with more or less tourist/locals but always a pleasant one

Great walk, plenty of cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors... The nicest part was to dive into the side streets and getting back to the promenade... so many shops on these old streets and looks like the restaurants there are better than in the promenade.

Beautiful place to spend the day. Buses from Verona run often so getting there won't be a problem if your not driving

I guess that the Garda Lungolago belongs to the better and more beautiful promenades around Lake Garda. Well maintained, lots of beautiful flower beds, nice bars, restaurants and shops. Also the lakefront benches are noce to sit and relax. Recommendable.

After a big pizza for lunch I practically forced my boyfriend for a walk and then TripAdvisor suggested me this walk - from Garda to Bardolino. That was a really great walk which I can recommend highly if you also have eaten a bit too...More

Lovely views and clear, clean waters. Good ferry service to visit different areas of the lake. We stayed in Garda which was very nice and walking distance to Bardolino which was also very pretty. All the towns around the lake are very pretty and clean...More

Lungolago is the route around part of the lake in Garda leading into Bardolino. It is long enough to supply a healthy run/walk or cycle away from motorised traffic. Close by the lake so plenty of benches to rest on and sit watching the lake...More
