Good sweets and music in the evening

Apart from good canoli and ice-cream, we enjoyed live music in the evenings, played by some local bands.

The Cafe at Lido di Naxos has a very good selection of pastries, granites, and drinks. Prices are very reasonable, and the location--right along the beach--makes it a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy the scenery.

Nice beach, Supermarket tourism but the nature helps, The sea is amazing, Advisable to come early if you want to seat near the sea, Great view of Taormina and kids are happy playing in the sea ,also there is a water play area €4 per kid/ 30min, Nice day out, Quite difficult to find parking near the beach but if... Lido di Naxos has 2 parts of the beach. One part with umbrellas and sunbeds and the other one that is empty. Since that part is empty, my girlfriend and I thought it's a public beach. For the first three days of our holiday, we were going on empty part of the beach with our own towels and umbrella. Fourth... More

The beach is nice , probably in the season is very crowded. On the main street there is a local shop with sicilian products where i eat the best cannoli in Sicily.

My boyfriend and I came to the bar for an ice cream one afternoon. Despite the ice cream was nice, the woman at the check out was so rude that we will never go there again. I wanted to pay and she kept talking with a friend about their business, completely ignoring me even though I was standing right in... More

This is a lovely beach with lots of sun beds which are spaced a reasonable distance apart. Staff were friendly and there are clean toilets, changing facilities, children's area etc. nice restaurant too. The only downside is the constant stream of vendors with sunglasses, towels, sarongs etc which can be irritating.

I've visited this place a number of times over the last ten years, mostly for coffee or an ice cream and can never get over how consistently rude and unfriendly the staff are. Unless you like being made feel unwelcome don't bother going. Last time we were told in no uncertain terms to get out of the terrace area after... More

What a shame that I wonderfully positioned beach facility in the heart of Giardini Naxos is ruined by the totally rude staff in the cafe bar. They are either all totally unhappy or in their jobs or their is a culture where the treatment of customers fluctuates between indifference and downright rudeness. The food in the form of cakes and... More
