Visited here on a recent trip to Lecce - beautiful little museum housing works of art belonging to the church. Interesting and informative guide gave an insight into the artefacts and their local connections. really enjoyed my visit.

Our experience echoed that of other visitors. We timed our visit carefully according to the information on the museum website. This is a shame as he is the first point... More

We went out of curiosity and our guide (there are only guided tours) made the visit memorable. She spoke fluent French and English, was very knowledgeable, and pretty (my wife agreed). The paintings shown come from local churches and were done by mostly local artists. Some are really stunning for their period. If you are offended by religious artifacts, stay... More

we visited in the offseason and had the place to ourselves with a guide. A slow tour, loads of information. The kids got to ask lots of questions. It felt really welcoming but then thats what all of Puglia is like.

Thank brian m
