So much to do!

Take the gondola to the top. Either enjoy lunch, hike, paraglide down, or mountain bike down. It is spectacular.

Spent a day up the mountain. Spectacular views, and a couple of good eating places. Ideal walking, and also there is a base for gliding. Weather was excellent on our day trip, but the previous day there was snow.

If possible purchase your tickets in advance. You can queue jump a little then. Yes there will always or generally a wait. But hang on the views from the top are stunning. Also take advantage at the top and undertake one of the walks/strolls that you can do. Or just sit and relax and watch the world go by. There... More

We had purchased our tickets in advance during our visit to the Castello Scaligero in Malcesine. In doing so one avoids queuing twice (once for a ticket, once for the cablecar), but even in October we had to wait one hour in the queue for the cablecar. I have to admit the queue was well organised, and the entrance to... More

My wife and i have been up the cable car several times and the ride up and down is brilliant. Obviously pick a good day for the views across the alps etc. The cafe at the top is good too.

We tried timing our visit but still faced a 3 hour wait in line, which really killed the enjoyment - especially when the majority was spent on the staircases inside the building. The ride up was OK but also the moment we arrived the clouds rolled in and visibility was down to about 50 metres. The service in the food... More

I visited this glorious mountain with a friend. We hiked along the lake for about 13 k and then took the lift up the mountain. Stayed the night and it was perfect, watched para gliders jumping off the mountain and the colors and cold were breath taking.

Take the cable car from Malchesine to the top of this mountain and view the lake to the West, and inland across Europe to the East. The views of the higher mountain ranges are amazing from this point. From here you can enjoy spectacular walks. Take a picnic, spend a day, breath the beautiful fresh clean air, and relax.

If you are a nature and hiking lover or a thrill seeker I suggest you pack your rucksack and visit this awesome place! It offers a ton of hiking trails that vary in difficulty degree so you will surely find those that match your outdoor skills. The scenery also changes depending where and how high you are.
