On the surface this looks a great place to go, indoor soft play, animals....what more could you ask for? Not much of a variety of animals and in our opinion, the animals didn't look as well looked after as they should, dirty pens and that...More

This is a fantastic place for kids up to about 13 with a few extra activities for olds teens. We visited last year with our grandchildren and this year came back again. Lovely venue for a summer outing - definitely recommend it.

Hi unfortunately I am unsure. When we purchased a meerkat experience they were pretty laid back about letting us walk around the animal enclosure and the facilities after.
