"Montecatini terme" could be considered in someway safe, respective to the mess of "Montecatini centro". "Montecatini centro" could be suggested for Safari only.

Station handy to get to. Trains fairly frequent to all the big tourist spots. Need to change to get to Pisa. Be careful and get fast services.

There was no visible sign of the station name. Day 2 we had to change platforms at the last minute change. Best to use machine to check best prices.
