We have been in Orvieto for a quick visit. The shop and the restaurant unical. So tasty meals are there, of course with the best olive oils. Recommend if you are hungry and would eat delicous meals.

We saw a tour doing the olive oli tasting and while we were not on the tour, we were able to join for a few tastings. The olive oil was delicious and we enjoyed the experience.
