Another beautiful Old Church in Orvieto worth checking out. The admission is free and it only takes about 10 minutes to give it a good look. Take the time to walk up to the altar. The ceiling above is gorgeous

Very simple church that likely gets missed by most tourists. Stunning barrel vaults. The remaining frescoes are still bright. Would likely be cold even on a hot sunny day.

t is an old church in the center square of the city. There is a sacred atmosphere in the interior. Tourists do not seem to have visited so much.

Next to the town hall is this church with a beautiful cascade and it's 12 sided tower. In the basement are what remains of ancient Etruscan and Roman buildings and an early Christian church. This is very interesting, but only seen by a private tour....More

While the church is not elaborate, it is still an interesting visit. The bell tower is somewhat unique. We enjoy church visits and this one was plain and simple but a good visit none the less.
