Well worth a visit. A view into the history of the island. Some wonderful mosaics and a view into life in the roman period. Amazing to know so much of the important city is underwater off the coast!

Visit was good, and not too long. Obliged to be accompanied by a guide. Not that expensive. You have the time to take picture, ask question and walk in the site. Small bar to buy drinks and snacks at the entrance.

Humour thrown in, and our guide happy to answer additional questions. Still a working excavation site. Tour lasts approx...More

The ruins at Nora, near Pula in Sardinia are well worth a visit. The ruins include the remains of an amphitheater , a forum, and several houses. They actually predate the Romans, harking back to the Phoenicians and Carthaginians. There are guided tours in various...More

Hi, we went to Nora as part of a tour via GoTours of Jersey C.I. They gave us a most amazing Southern Sardinian experience. Very worth while.
