I was there in Jan-Apr 2014 and the view is amazing. An excellent hike, highly recommend it, of course bring water and a good pair of hiking shoes.

We did the extended version and walked around the headland and over to the next beach for a swim and returned. The markers are pretty good, but we missed one of the turn-offs being distracted by the view! But easy enough to find your way :) The views were stunning and it was lovely to be in amongst the trees.... More

This is a nice walk, some times over rocks and sometimes over reasonable woodland paths. At the far end is a steep little staircase leading to an exposed cliff path. We went up and back in not much more than a couple of hours. The views are excellent. Finding the start was a bit troublesome, you have to duck down... More

This hike has a few paths but they are well marked. We did this one evening and had great views looking back over the Bay of Silence. If you hike this in the morning you will have the sun behind you for better photos.

It is a beautiful hike. Beware it is not easy and you should have proper trail shoes. It is best to go very early in the morning.

The first 20 minutes up and down are a great morning hike to pump blood before breakfast. There's a connection from town, or from Vis a Vis hotel (where we stayed). Continue on up the maze of hill trails and you are rewarded with amazing vistas on both sides of the peninsula. We got quite lost, but ended up coming... More

We are a couple in our 40s - one more sporty than the other one. We needed 40 minutes to go up and 35 to walk down. We walk fast, but were not running. The 1 hour mentioned seems a bit too much. Maybe if you're a slow walker and take many pictures? We walked up on a Friday morning... More

A good hike even for beginners! Views are breathtaking and definitely worth it! Make sure you wear comfortable shoes! The entrance to this on the Sestri side is hidden though

At the beginning of the trail in Sestre Levante the trail is hemmed in by garden walls on both sides, but once you break out into the open, the vistas are breathtaking. It's a strenuous hike, in places.
