When in Spoleto go up to La Rocca first and work your way down from there. You can pay one Euro more for admission and get a multi pass good for five other churches and museums. Casa Romana is one of those included. Amazing mosaic...More

An underground Roman House dating back to the 1st century AD & believed to be owned by Vespasia Polla , the mother of the Emperor Vespasian . Worth a visit for the floor mosaics .

So much better than we expected, with complete mosaic floors and lots of interesting finds. The people at the desk were generous with their time and knowledge.

This a nice little space under the town hall. It helps to understand how Romans lived. Beautiful mosaic floors.
