This was imposing from the outside, less so inside but a beautiful and quiet place to reflect for a while. Some lovely painting inside and away from the heat and crowds.

Went to Mass in this Church and found the atmosphere both devout and interesting. Like most Churches in the area this main church uses the Ambrosian Rite (Church of Milan) which is a bit different from the Roman Rite we are used to in England....More

the church is a nice baroque basilica. very pretty and worth seeing if in varese, but I wouldn't say "Go to varese just to see the church"...

Check out this church as you're shopping. It's hidden between all of the buildings, but it's a nice little place to see. The shops close early though, so get all of that done beforehand. The church looks nice at night as well

The basilica was set on a beautiful market square and shopping street. Quiet. Nice bell tower also. We didn't ento though as it was Sunday morning and there was a service.

Thank slocor
