On a Fall weekend, It is a very scary drive as the oncoming traffic is almost non-stop. The paved road is just a hair wider then a one lane one and with one curve after another. You are constantly pulling over to the side allowing...More

This was a scary drive and not worth doing. There are far much better drives to do in MI. It's basically a one lane road ---this past week there was even a sport's car race happening! There was more then one occasion I felt that...More

If you have the time, take this route between Mackinaw City and Harbor Springs/Petoskey. Very scenic and relaxing, with a few quaint little coffee shops/general stores along the way.

Great drive with spectacular views. A few places to stop and take photos and take in the view. Even when the tress are just green it's still beautiful.

Fall colors are late in upper Michigan and the UP. They were beginning to turn when cooler temps approach.

Not sure about information center, not that I recall? There are some cute shops to stop at along the way, plus a winery as well.
