I visited several war memorials and cemeteries while in France, Belgium and The Netherlands. A great tribute to our soldiers who gave their lives for our freedom. Don't forget to sign the guest book.

On our tour we visited numerous Cemeteries from British, Canadian, French , and German. All these cemeteries which we visited are immaculately maintained to the absolute highest standard. The flowers, the grass edging, the finish on the headstones, are impeccable. And it is an honour...More

Words fail me. Just moving. Another example of the damage done by war. May all those brave soldiers RIP.

High praise to the staff that maintain this cemetery, it was beautiful and very well maintained. Very emotional visit and quiet visit, this cemetery is off the beaten path. I would encourage everyone to visit and pay their respects to the brave soldiers buried here....More

Our family (two children ages 10 and 12) visited as part of our experience of WWII sites in Normandy. We read many of the gravestones together, and took time to remember the fallen soldiers. It was a moving experience.

Very quiet, moving, peaceful war cemetary in a lovely setting that serves the fallen well. The unifying environment where all soldiers are laid to rest with equal headstones are a reminder that we are all equal in the end.

The Canadian Cemetery is run by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission and sits on land given by the French people. It is quiet, and not overly large. But read the gravestones. And notice how the approach is shaded by maple trees. A lovely tranquil spot.

How wonderful to see our Canadian soldiers from WWII laid to rest in such a beautiful setting. Well worth the visit to this cemetery not far from the Canadian D-Day landing site at Juno Beach (Courseilles-sur-Mer). Don't miss it if you're in the area. We...More

Like any other War Memorial it is a very emotional place to visit. We visited on the 73rd Anniversary of the D-Day Landing, when thousands of brave men risked their lives and some gave the ultimate sacrifice. A very moving place indeed this day, with...More
