This is a large park with many kinds of plants and flowers in different habitats as well as rock formations. There are even some exotic animals to see. It is peaceful and has well maintained paths throughout it. There is a play area for children and swinging "boats" for adults. It is a good place for running, walking, or bike... More

The whole family will get a buzz from this place... it's serene enough for the grown ups and exciting enough for the kids (just) with swimming pool, self drive boats,m a museum and open top bus rides. Not many animals but GREAT gardens ( and I mean great), all nice and clean and tidy and VERY well kept. Not the... More

This is a meticulously cared for botanical gardens. The sculpted bushes, ponds and pools, the tropical birds and zoo were an addition. It is a working gardens, where food is also grown.

A nice garden for a stroll and cycling. Certain parts of the gardens were still WIP when we were there. Best to go in the early mornings as late mornings and afternoons it tends to get too hot.

The botanical garden is outside of Chian Mai but one should take the time to visit this garden. If you like botanical gardens, this is the place to see. We were impressed with the variety of plants and the manicured landscape. An oasis to enjoy and relax. As a suggestions, rent a bicycle to see as much as possible from... More

We enjoy a good garden and this one was pretty good. There were a variety of sections and while some were exceptional, some towards the rear of the gardens were just okay. It is worth a look if you are in the area and have a couple of hours to spare.

Beautiful and relaxing walk through the gardens. However...it was SO hot that it was hard to enjoy. See if you can get a ride on one of the resort's rickshaws!

The Tweechol Botanic Garden is beautiful, relaxing and most excellently maintained by the Horizon's gardeners. It is wonderful for a long relaxing stroll or for a more vigorous workout. There is beauty in every turn and a calm and serene feel. What a most beautiful place.

We spent 2 hours walking the paths and did not cover all that was available to see. We enjoyed petting animals, feeding greens to some, being introduced to some exotic creatures and plant life, walking through the labyrinth and taking many pictures. A very pleasurable experience.

What an amazing garden! As the rainy season is ending there, a lot of trimming and planting was going on, but didn't attract from the loveliness. If you're in Chiang Mai, visit!
