Knowing that we would need a day to get over jet lag when flying into Paris at the start of our vacation I deliberately picked Roissy as a place to stay because it seemed like a real French village. The highlight is this church at the south end of the park adjacent to hotel row. It has history, beauty, and... More

We found the location to be very accessible by car, once on site you will quickly find the surroundings to be very inviting. Take time to walk around the building before entering. Once indoor, you will discover the beauty and pristine condition of the will cared for historical building.

Walking the village I came upon this church. I very much appreciated the great history on the signs out front. Circling behin the church took me to beautiful cemetery and then picked up path back thru the park to my hotel/Holiday Inn. This village is a joy! And the historical photos with signs also in English so well done,

Needed to spend a night close to the airport for a next day flight. Went out for a walk and we stumbled on this beautiful church and old church. Small, gorgeous and quiet. Good place to visit.

Our plane from Paris CDG to Johannesburg ORT was delayed and we spent the night in Roissy-en-france. Went for a walk through the village to the church Eglise Saint Eloi and the Parc. So gland I did! But not stay at the B&B HOTEL

I set out for an early morning walk through Roissy village before sunrise. At the end of one road I came up to this pretty church. The church is dedicated to St Eligius who died in 659 AD. It was built at the site of an earlier 5th to 8th century chapel. This church, as inscribed on one of it's... More

It's a beautiful church. Really pretty from the outside set in gorgeous grounds. There's a quaint little cemetery you can visit too. It was a lovely sunny day as just the perfect time to go see all this history. If you're staying at an airport hotel I can highly recommend you take time out to visit here

If you are staying in Roissey, definitely take the time to see this beautiful church. It is at the end of the park and has a pretty little cemetery attached.
