Amazing visit, made it to the Abbey at the top. Perfect time of year to visit. Beautiful sunset. Easy access with the shuttles.

Visited here out of season, weather was good and the time of year made the landscape look dramatic. Worth a visit as you too will be amazed at the beauty

This old, beautiful and well preserved castle is really amazing. After parking your car, you walk to the bus stop next to the parking lot. The bus take you to the castle, and you walk 200 meters to enter the castle. Please note that there...More

We had the opportunity to watch the tidal bore come in along with the throngs of other visitors to the mont. We waited patiently for something to happen in the light rain that suddenly a thin white wave came though filling the mudflats between the...More

Too many people but then what can you expect from a World Heritage Site. Reminded me of Dubrovnik a few years ago because there were too many visitors.

Be prepared for lots of people and to take your time as the narrow climb up the streets can test patience. However it's worth the experience as it's a beautiful place. We took the free bus there and walked back - costs 12 euros to...More

I could not believe how far out the water went allowing groups of tourists and horseriders the opportunity to see the month from unique viewpoints. If only I had the courage. Maybe.

The walk across the bridge to the mount is lovely with great views either side. It takes about 30 minutes rather than getting the bus but there was a huge queue for the bus anyway.
