Awful experience - Non existant service and horrible management. Don't go!!! We did the escape game, 3 friends and payed 75 euros for an hour. It seemed Ok to start with but after spending 25 min trying to unlock one of the locks in the escape room we were told that it seemed something was wrong with the lock. The game was interrupted and an employee came in and opened the lock with a tool by breaking it. We had then tried the right code for 25 min but since the lock was broken it did not work, and we could not complete the game. When we asked for a refund or discount they laughed at us and were making fun of my French since I am not yet speaking the language perfectly. However I then asked to speak to the manager. The manager became very aggressive when I kindly asked if there was anything he could do yo make it up to us. He accused us for breaking his lock in the escaperoom and that if anyone should have money, we should refund him for his now broken lock. I told him that I did not think it was fair, and he got even more aggressive, coming too close into my personal space and asking me about my nationality! I asked him why he wanted to know about my nationalty and he just kept asking, ending it up by assuming I was American and started to scream harassments and showing racial discrimination. My partner who is French told him to stop the harassment and we left. It was such a horrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to visit this place! While leaving the manager screamed that I was a stupid American, among other even worse things that are too bad to even write down in text. Avoid this place!

Laser game game which ended in tears for two of the 6 children and the 4 others shocked to have been verbally attacked by an adult because the owner wanted to make his room profitable (explanation from the gentleman who told us that it is like a room movies). A deeply outrageous woman who laughed in our faces when we complained about this adult/child mix. We are 3 couples of parents extremely disappointed with the insecurity to which our children were exposed and the laxity shown by the staff. The boss also responds in the Google reviews by retorting that the children were our responsibility during the game and that we were discussing during this time. He accuses us of bad faith but I think that any adult will understand where the real bad faith comes from…..
