Information was provided accurately though they had no idea about the timings of the Boat station for the Calanques trip. Staff needs to show less impatience while dealing with visitors, specially those who don't speak French.

The staff spoke good English and we had fun with them learning new words in French. The bus timetable we needed wasn’t immediately available but the staff printed off more copies for us in a short while.

Well worth paying a visit to the tourist office in Cassis. Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff who provided us with great advice and suggestions. Especially appreciated tips for seeing the calanques.
