To come here you should stop at BTS Victory Monument (if you're using BTS line) and then walk down the bridge to the shoplots on your left (while you exit at the bridge) and search for minivan area which is supposed to be at the end of the shoplots area. They have card board stating the location and price. The... More

As shown on TV! Very chaotic when the market operates but all of a sudden when the train comes everyone stands still!! Very interesting to see how the shop owners move their merchandise back and forth. Great to see the train moves when you are in the market, even better if you are on the train seeing how people stand... More

Riverside market with vendors on the shore (covered area) and in the river. We had a wonderful guide who led us through the market before boarding a small boat to see it from the river side and then visit the surrounding canals. Not to be missed. One can purchase souvenirs, clothing, food and all sorts of items.

This is usually part of the floating market tour and has to be timed perfectly for the only train in the morning. It is a crowded functioning market along the railway line selling mainly fish, meat and some vegetables- the locals compete with the throng of tourists through this narrow 100 metre stretch. The smell of fish and heat could... More

I came around 8.30AM and the train goes not too long after that. The market itself is like regular market, lots of great food with cheaper... More

A definite must see when you visit Thailand. The stall holders have moving their awnings down to a fine art , and its not something you'll see anywhere in any western place. Definitely worth seeing once.
