Used it to connect with the Cipressa and Poggio climbs having ridden down from the mountains. All manor of folk riding on all sorts of bikes. slightly chaotic in one small section where there is some building work otherwise excellent. Easy access to sea and Sanremo. Long COOL tunnel near one end.

Fantastic lane for biking, jogging or just walking around. Perfectly located near the beaches and safely away from the main road.

If you like to have 25 km of biking road (no cars) build on a old railroad facing the coastline this is the place for you !!! From San Lorenzo al Mare to Ospedaletti. Lots of rest areas and small towns to visit. Also good for running (we did both!)

We rented a gigantic quadra-ped from San Lorenzo at one of the rentals along the bike path. If you are going to do it I highly recommend staying on the S.Lorenzo to S.Stefano side, since it is by far the cleaner and prettier side of the 24Km path. The beaches are nicer and there is quite a few free beaches... More

Ride along behind the beaches and choose your bar, restaurant or beach location. Bike rental shops at each end.

amazing bike and walking path on the Ligurian coast! We were staying in a vilage called Civezza close to the current head of the trail ( San Lorenzo Al Mare) and rented a rickshaw the first evening for a short ride on the trail with our son and we had so much fun. The second time we rented a bike... More

This cycle path was built over a discontinued railway by the sea. You can cycle from one little town to the other, stopping for lunch and a plunge in the sea. enjoy the ride and be sure to stop by one of the cool bars available by the path.

Whilst staying with friends in Sanremo we took their bikes and headed off on the Pista Ciclabile - and what a treat it was! Flat, well laid out and beautiful views of the Med, perfect for a day's cycling. We started at Sanremo west, and went through the long tunnel to OSPEDALETTI - it just had to be done, Cool... More
