Very commercialized, much more than other lakes in the area, but there is a beauty to it. We like the ferris wheel and the boat ride on the lake (15 Euro for 30 minutes on a self driven motor boat) Nice main shopping street with food, fruit, souvenirs and much more)

Beautiful holiday spot. Great for family - lovely walks, adventure parks and restaurants. Buhlhof campsite is recommended and Rauchfang hotel.

This was definitely the worst area that we visited in our trip to the black forest. Unless you are searching for 100 souvenirs shop, 2 huge camping sites just in the border of the lake, many hotels that block the view of the tourists, this is definitely not the place to you! Instead, try and walk in the Bad-Peterstal area... More

We stayed at a campsite which was a short walk to the lake. We liked the area so much that we stayed 3 nights and will go back again. The lake is lovely and is easy to swim in. There are parts of it where you can hire pedallos. There are a few cruisers which go around it too. The... More

The town is lovely, but the lake is amazing! It's huge and photos can't capture its beauty. If you have time you can rent a boat to go around in the lake!

The Lake is wonderful .. the Black Forest background increases its splendor .. Photos fail to describe this wonderful scene ... I went there with my family (wife , two sons and daughter) in the August 4, 2015 .. you can smell pure and refreshing air .. riding boats in the lake is a mandatory experience which should not be... 26 Euros for half an hour in an electric powered donut on the lake. Was long enough and provided good distraction for all the family.

We were travelling around the Black Forest during a heatwave and stopped off at the Titisee to cool off. The water was warm and tannic, and we saw lots of fish, big and small. It's very safe to swim, there are some sandy/gravel areas which make it easier to get in and out. The Seebadi we stopped at had a... More
