The European Freedom Bell is on the ground of the "Bell Palace" just beside the large International Wind and Water Mill Museum. It was erected by a private association and shall remind and dun of the time of the cold war and the iron curtain and the peaceful "revolution" and coming down of Berlin wall and the German reunion.
