We were directed here by another winery which was closed on our Chexbres day, and I'm so glad we were! The view from the tasting room is spectacular. The tasting is 4 wines for 25 francs: cheap, delicious wines, and served with a huge serving of 3 cheeses. There something for kids or teetotalers as well: the tasting room has a variety of homemade fruit infusions that you can taste mixed into the free water. The host was so friendly, and at the end, she offered to show us the cellar, including a tasting straight from the barrel and souvenir glasses for us to take home, all for free. I would definitely return here again!

A beautiful and welcoming place with warm staff. We came for a short unplanned visit, there was no wine tour planned but still we were invited to the cellars by the owner. Domaine Bovy changes into the restaurant on Thursday evening. The menu changes every week, this time it included entrecote and exquisite international tapas. Highly recommend

The owners are very friendly and funny. The environment is just stunning, magnificent cute garden with an amazing view on the lake. It is also pretty cheap for wine tasting.

The hours on website said Saturday 8-12, then 2-6.

we arrived at 12, and I did not expect any service. the sign in front of patio said "closed" but we peeked in to see the amazing views and were also impressed by a variety of patio furniture to lounge in. I asked if they would open up at 2, and they said yes.

Came back at 4. the sign still says "closed"

walked inside and asked if i can get a bottle of wine. they were friendly, said "yes" and gave me some bread as well. (cheese platters are by reservation only).

we found some pillows for lounge chairs, sat, admired views, drank..... good times , no one said a word to us, which was weird, but it looked liked the owners were chilling as well.
and why not?

They were busy, and apparently all vineyards require reservations, but they made time to serve us wine and invite us very quickly into their cellar. They have a lovely venue and garden.

There is a small terrace which is also I think belongs to Domain Bovy. It is on the way up from St Sephorin. Amazing view, only 4-5 tables. Tasty wine and friendly person who is serving wine. Would love to come again.

So not sure what impression the title of my review gave you but it entails the whole experience. It felt like visiting relatives which also meant it was not super exciting but very relaxing, and felt familiar and fun.

The wine were good but nothing exceptional but you go here for a taste of the whole experience. The view, the lovely patio and the friendly (again, almost family-like) treatment.

If you are looking for the next 98 point wine bottle, I doubt you'll find it here. If you are looking for a relaxing place with friendly people and an amazing view, do go here.

Fantastic view with glasses of wine. Looking at the mountains and listening to bird’s song. A lovely place to relax in an afternoon. Wine are fresh and inexpensive. If you are nearby, shall experience a quiet moment here.

We stopped here as part of our tour. The view was breathtaking and the family was very friendly and funny! The wines are tasty also. They were even kind enough to give grape juice to the non-drinkers in the group. Everyone was raving about it! Thank you!

A very small winery run by the Bovy family, it offers tours and tastings and we were given a warm reception from Eric Bovy, a connoisseur, passionate about his profession. He showed us the cellar containing several barrels (decorated by his father) containing up to 5000 litres , gave us small samples in miniature glasses which we were allowed to keep as mementos, and then took us to the terrace overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps, to taste samples from several bottles. A very enlightening and enjoyable experience.
