My wife and I had the experience of a lifetime at The Peak Walk by Tissot at Glacier 3000. Walking across the 107 meters suspension bridge between two mountain summits we had a panoramic view of Jungfrau, Matterhorn and Mount Blanc. After that we took a ride in the Ice Express Chairlift down onto the ice which was an experience... More

If you're in Switzerland around the Geneva/Montreux region then this is a must see. We travelled from Montreux by train to Les Diablerets about an hour and 10 minutes and then there's a bus for outside the train station to Col Du Pillion where the cable car is. Public transport in Switzerland is very efficient so it should be easy... More

Les Diablerets is good place to visit to relax and absorb the village kind of atmosphere. My trip there was for the purpose of taking the Glacier 3000 cable car to Scex Rouge and also walk onto the Peak Walk bridge. I bought the ticket and went up to the restaurant on Scex Rouge only to be warn by the... More

Gstaad area offers some nice tracks, but there are not too many of them. So we drove to the Glacier for a day of skiing, which was a mistake. There were just two tracks open - the black and the blue one. The landscapes were good as well as the weather. The self-service cafe offered the worst hot wine in... More

Glacier 3000 is a far better option than Mount Titlis. Plenty of activities and some amazing sight seeing. One gets a wonderful view of all the top peaks i.e Eiger, Mont Blanc, Jungfrau . The peak walk and the glacier walk are the highlights. Definitely worth a visit

The views and cable car ride up to 3,000 meters are breath-taking. Nice restaurant/cafe at the top. Skiing conditions are usually good because of the altitude, even in November or March (although some runs may be closed). That being said, there aren't many runs and most are somewhat flat. There are 4 main runs at the top, and an additional... More

Excellent visit up the glacier. Although somewhat expensive, the trip up the glacier is a great day trip. There is not much to do, but the view is magnificent.
