We love staying in a Shangri-La hotel as the service and food quality is top notch. This was no exception. We booked the family fun package which was excellent value for money. The staff really go the extra mile to make you happy.

This is a must do. Water and little ruchsack are provided. Wear good walking shoes and be prepared for steep ascent, views are worth it at the top! We saw little wildlife apart from some monkeys, but it was still worth it.

Yes, you have to pay extra. Not sure it's that suitable really the walk up through the rain forest. But there are smaller animals that they will be able to look at like chickens, birds and a horse.
