백양 국수와 같은 방법으로 국수를 만드는 것이 사실 특별한 것은 아니다...
이 곳이 지금에서야 특별한 것은, 세월을 계속 더해가면서 변함없이 같은 방법으로 국수를 만들고 있다는 것이다...
모든 것이 공장화, 자동화 되었는데 아직도 가내 수공업스러운 그런 모습...
이런 모습이 지금에서야 별스럽고 좋은 국수가 된 것이 아닐까...
지금은 효율이라는 것으로 공장 상품이 모든 것을 체인지했으니까...
어렸을때는 이런 국수 공장을 본 것 같은데 이제는 다 사라졌다...
지금까지 버틴 이곳은 자연 박물관 같은 그런 느낌...
국수라는 이 작은 하나가 우리에게 전해 주는 것은...
지금까지 살아온 이들에게 지난 시절의 향수라는 또 다른 선물을 전해 준다...
국수 공장을 관광지라고 할 수 있나라는 의문이 있을 수 있지만....
시간을 거슬러 그 시절을 만나보고 싶으면 들러 볼 만하다...
일반 방문객에게 소매 판매도 하고 있다...
