The guide here was extremely informative and friendly. Bursting with information, very good English, keen to help. I recommend going here near the start of a visit to Brac to find out about the whole island. The museum is quite small and in need of...More

We weren't given an option of a guided tour, but the whole setting seemed nice and informative. You can learn about the history of the island. Apparently, the other reviews mention the enthusiastic curator, but it seems we missed her, since we were only greeted...More

This museum is 100% worth your time. We were told it was recently added to unesco heritage, what makes ir even better.

Well worth a visit. A guide will inform you when you first arrive. You will be told the history, after which you will look around in your own time.

Who knew the island of Brac had such a long and interesting history! The village museum features numerous archaeological finds, sarcophagi, sea charts, and interesting displays documenting the island's long history in an authentic setting.
