Very interesting visit where you can learn how to shave a sheep, and see it for real. Nice walk in the farmhouse, the largest collection of sheep breeds in the world.

My family and I absolutely love this place. I am so sad that it had closed down. Terry was great and full of knowledge. He taught us so much about the wonders of wool. I now make a point of buying good quality wool products where I can. Thank you for all of the wonderful days out and for all... More

Today on your last day we were treated poorly by the owners ADULT daughter, calling myself & my friend bad parents, shouting at us in front of our children & other visitors, calling our children naughty & that we should do a better job in bringing them up. We were gob smacked to hear what was coming out of the... More

I have been planning this visit since I moved from London to Eastbourne 2 year ago and, sadly reading news that will be closedown then I've decided now it's the time! Friends come over and the weather was perfect. It's a lovely cozy Family Farm. Everything is well displayed regarding the prices. Staff at the entrance was very polite and... More

I have been visiting here since I was a child and I now come with my own children. We visit every year and are so sad it is closing. This is a working farm run by a lovely, friendly family. The animals are clearly well cared for and there is plenty to do here. As others have said this is... More

If you love sheep, are slightly interested in learning more about them, or have kids and looking for something to do to kill 2 hours, this is a great option. My three kids, ages 11, 11 and 12 loved feeding the sheep and watching a sheep get sheared. Give it a try!

Not much to say other than what a lot of other people have said, not worth the money, animals are in a bad state..lady who owns it is so rude!! It was dead when my friend and I visited today and I wish I didn't waste the £6 each it cost..we visited one last time as it is closing to... More

It makes me really angry to see the last couple negative comments on here. People should keep in mind that this is a working farm and not a Hollywood attraction ! I believe the animals here have a good live. During the day some of them stay on the farm but in the evenings they get to go back to... More

I went here today on a coach trip. The animals were in an unhappy state they did not have very much fun definitely no joy in their faces but what was more rude were the staff... They never said goodbye even though they looked at me and I said goodbye first. The staff are abrupt and sharp. They were mechanical... More

Please note, this is a farm not Disney land. It is a real view of how animal farming works warts n all. It doesn't pretend to be a theme park. It's about sheep and all the other animals. We really enjoyed our visit seeing lots of breeds and exhibits. Bottle feeding was fun, as was shearing demo and the pet... More
