Consistently ranked as the #1 golf course in Hawaii, playing The Plantation Course is sure to be on every golfer's bucket list. Designed by Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore, the course was designed on a grand scale in keeping with its location on the slopes of the West Maui Mountains and offers dramatic ocean views from virtually every hole. Its lengthy 7,411 yard par 73 layout challenges the pros but it's wide fairways and generous greens make it very playable for the average golfer. With dramatic elevation changes, this course offers plenty of downhill tee shots. You'll feel like one of the pros when - with the aid of the aggressive slope of the 18th fairway - you will enjoy hitting one of the longest drives of your life. The Plantation Course is the site of the PGA TOUR Hyundai Tournament of Champions each January featuring an elite field of previous year's PGA TOUR winners.

Plantation is a world class golf course in an amazing location. The team up at the course do a great job making you feel taken care of and welcome. Beware, this is not a resort course, this is a challenging round of golf (especially if...More

Caught a break in the weather and managed to get in 27 holes. Gorgeous course that’s a lot of fun to play. It is not a hard course. I landed in one bunker and lost about a half-dozen balls. The green speeds are the toughest...More

We had a blast playing this course. Two greens were really rough but otherwise it was in excellent shape. We missed the daily rainy mist and had sunshine and a light breeze. One of those courses where you immediately want to play it again after...More

Beautiful clubhouse with ole ty of friendly staff. The ladies bathroom needs updated desperately as it's dreary and smelly. Doesn't match the rest of the club which is surprising.

My favorite course in all Hawaii and I've played them all. The course is stunningly beautiful, just ignore the spritz of rain you'll get at some point in your first few holes. It happens. I'm only writing because every time I've played I get paired...More

The views alone are worth the greens fees (which aren't cheap). This course is challenging but fair. The GPS system is amazing and accurate. It's wide open, so you can score but staying focused is tough -- when your eyes are constantly looking at the...More

Great course. Fun layout with a lot of great golf shots to play. It is a challenge to play. While the fairways are broad and hard to miss, between the changes in elevation and the winds, it hard to know the right club to hit....More
