On arrival it was raining heavy had to wait in overflow carpark with no shelter soaking waiting for shuttle bus. Bad start to the day. Should have had a shelter with some fairy lights and some music to get us in the mood keep us...More

Yes it is, a ramp is carried and will be put in place by the guard for the wheelchair to drive up onto the carriage
