Guide dogs only in the museum. Pet dogs on leads in the grounds. Full of interesting old stuff with lots of information. Very good.

Very Small Local Museum. The odour and windows should be opened more as it can be stuffy. Lots of local hisory inside and can easily be done in an hour. Free entry so it can be one of the local attraction in your list of things to do.

Despite living nearby had never been here so was slightly embarrassed when we took friends here! Granted there are some favourable views but nothing much else to see- thankfully it is free admission!

The staff and volunteers could not have been more warm and welcoming. I was surprised to see so much history displayed in such a tiny village. Of the eleven galleries, we especially enjoyed the 19th century exhibits. Those were so well done, and featured things typical for our ancestors living on one of the many farms in Abergwili. The museum... More

We decided to take a punt on visiting this museum as the info on the County website didn't give an awful lot of detail of what we might see. It turned out to be a real gem of a museum. It takes the form of a walk along a time line and seeing life in the area from prehistoric times... More

The volunteers have made improvements to some parts of the grounds, pity the parks or council personnel do not do the same. The volunteers work so hard and have improved the grounds by planting some really lovely plants. I walk here daily

Fantastic museum with lots of local history and artifacts to see . Staff most helpful and knowledgeable and its all free. I would have paid to have gone in, plus it would help for the upkeep of the place

Have driven past for many years but this year made the wise decision to visit. Wonderful museum with so many rooms to wander through. It is so well laid out and the furniture etc are beautifully maintained. Congrats to all involved.

Lovely small museum with small displays. Great school room and kitchen. Not a whole days worth but not so much small people will get bored. Lovely grounds for a walk and a picnic. However the grounds are very popular with dog walker. Abergwili Park is just over the road, behind the pub if small legs need more of a run... More
