Amazing modern style market with a wonderful variety of stores selling all sorts of items. Two cafés modern clean toilets and fantastic fruit and veg stall and pet stall to name but a few.

Carmarthen market is eclectic, atmospheric and friendly place. From small traders to well established ones it ha plenty of interesting stalls. Well worth a wander around. Wednesday is the market day, some/most stalls on other days.

At our visit to Carmarthen we popped into the indoor market. It is quite small, but it had a variety of stalls and it was all very clean, so a pleasant walk round.

It's totally dog friendly if you ignore the signs and the nasty woman at the front cafe!

A late answer obviously; best day to come is on Wednesday. that's when the outdoor market is also open, offering an additional variety of items and street food to purchase.
