We were not disappointed by our visit to the Giants Causeway. The visitor centre is great with very helpful staff. There is a bus down to the Causeway but we walked and used the audio tour which was informative and the children enjoyed it.

nature wonder - heaven for geologist and nature/ocean lover. Photographer heaven too to try out their ND filter/apps etc. If you have the energy to walk, then walk slowly to the basalt columns while listening to the history and the sounds of the waves.

Avoid the weekends - usually full of tourists and buses full of kids. Great views from everywhere. Don't let the California hippy/environmentalists go here - they will protest to keep people from walking on the rocks. Enjoy it while it is open to explore.
