We really enjoyed the visit. I love a dram & so found the tour interesting and good value. The guide was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in her job, not just patter, she was knowledgable too & we learnt a lot. There were two tasters...More

This tour was absolutely worth the money, especially since it included two drinks at the end! My husband and I visited on our honeymoon and even though neither of us are big whiskey drinkers, we figured we'd check it out. Our tour guide was very...More

We had the very first tour of the day so it wasn't very busy. The guide was absolutely brilliant explaining the manufacturing process from start to finish and happy to answer additional questions. The tour was very informative, well put together and staff in the...More

To be frank, the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin was a Disney-fied disappointment. We hadn't planned to tour the Bushmills Distillery, but arrived just in time for the penultimate tour of the day. This was more like it -- a working distillery with a small group...More

Lovely little tour - get a really good insight & feeling for what it's like to work there + any whiskey of your choice in the bar afterwards.

This was a very interesting and informative tour. The groups were smaller (maybe 15 people). You are not allowed to take out your cell phones for pics because apparently there is alcohol fumes in the air that could spark. The tour guide takes you through...More

Like most tours, you have to pay a small amount to go on the tour. You can go to the gift shop for free if you choose. Loved the information on the distillery process. Even better was the sample of whiskey at the end!

It's just difficult to get excited about looking at a bunch of wooden casks and a store full of liquor. Guess I'm just not a serious drinker. Amenities and signage were good. Nice, small cafeteria. If you're seriously into whiskey perhaps this place will be...More

The tour goes for about 40minutes. We had David a nice young man. You realize why the whiskey is priced as it is once you see and hear of the distilling process. At the end of the tour you are able to sample 2 of...More

Went on the tour as it was a 'must do' for my Dad. The Tour guide was very knowledgeable and good humoured, fielding most questions well. All in all an interesting couple of hours and would recommend it.
