It's a steep walk up to the tower. If it's not a clear day, you might pass because truthfully, the views from the tower are my favorite part. That, and watching the golfers hack away just below... but I do enjoy going there.

This lovely building is perched on top of Scrabo hill overlooking Newtownards, the view when you reach it is lovely. It takes about 10minutes for an able bodied person to walk from carpark up to it

Went here with my 7 year old son. He absolutely loves the walk up to the Tower. Very steep so won't suit people with walking difficulties and quite windy at the top so definitely blows out the cobwebs. The trail is always clean and plenty...More

The landscape is stunning. Nice little walk. I wouldn't say that it's the most exciting place to visit, but the place is certainly beautiful!

U can take a pram, though it's quite steep up to the tower and ground is a little rough, hope this helps
