Our Insight Tour stopped at Brian Dr Staic Jewellers and I found a generous selection of Claddagh rings to purchase for my wife. She chose a white gold band that will be custom made for her.

We stopped here for half an hour, and I got a gorgeous silver necklace based on the designs at Newgrange. Sterling was priced nicely. Gold was a little steeper, but not outrageous. they specialize in Ogham designs and you can get your name on a necklace. Lots of other nice pieces too.

Most coach tours will take you to this very specialised shop which deals in semi precious jewellery. The USP is anything you choose, be it a necklace, bracelet, earings, pendants can all be engraved in the ancient Irish Ogham script, which was the first written language of Ireland. You could choose your name, sign, whatever. Would be a good conversation... More

Since this was recommended to us we stopped by. Nice store with unusual items. Fairly pricey. Staff was friendly and gave us a lunch recommendation.

When you hear about how welcoming the Irish are, they MUST be talking about Brian's shop(s). Helpful staff that know the products, visit the workshop to see things being made! Visit the retail shops to see some other unique items as well. This is a "MUST VISIT" if you are in Dingle. Seriously. Amazing work. I'm a customer for life.

Brian De Staic has figured out that replicating old Ogham Stone designs as well as traditional Celtic ones makes for lovely jewelry. You can buy in silver, 9K, 14K or 18K gold, and there are earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings and cuff links galore. I bought presents for many members of my family here and will happily shop on line from... More

Wonderful Celtic designs. Could have spent a fortune I loved so many pieces. Sadly my pocketbook was not as big as my eyes. Definitely a place I wish to return to
