We hiked a fairly difficult trail from Glennahoo over the pass to Annascaul, ending at - but of course - the South Pole Inn. Beautiful spot to do a short loop hike and bring lunch maybe.

This is definitely worth a trip. If you are driving up or down the Dingle peninsula, this is worth a side trip.

A nice way to spend a couple of hours. We just walked up to the waterfall because of time and weather demands, but had great views of the lake and glacial valley. Nice amble before a pint at the South Pole Inn.
