A lovely walk surrounded by picture painting landscape. Do wear proper walking shoes, as the ground is peaty and very moist in April.

The kind of moment where you feel like you are in complete connection with nature. I watched fishes jumping out of the water probably trying to catch some flies. That was unique! You fall in love with nature.

We hiked a fairly difficult trail from Glennahoo over the pass to Annascaul, ending at - but of course - the South Pole Inn. Beautiful spot to do a short loop hike and bring lunch maybe.

This is definitely worth a trip. If you are driving up or down the Dingle peninsula, this is worth a side trip.

the scale of this valley stays with one long after they leave. take a long walk and feel what life here has been like from the start of western civilization and beyond.
