This is a well known traditional Irish music pub. The night I dropped in, musicians continued to arrive for a good jam session. Not exactly my favourite type of music, but if you are, it is a must visit venue.

We listened to Trad music and had conversations with Germans, Irishmen, and Aussies. The music was great, the drinks were plentiful. Just go to hang out.

Saw some great traditional music during our 2 day stay over the inaugural Dingle folk festival in October 2016. They also have a great selection of beers and whiskey!

Don't rush anything. Head in about a half hour before the music starts and get comfortable. Some nights are better than others. No worries, just go to the next pub. The place can get packed so like I said its good to be there early...More

This was a great place for traditional Irish music even on a Sunday night. Our adult children attended with us, and my daughter and husband were able to sit in with the duo/trio performing. The drinks and service were acceptable, but the music and friendliness...More

We arrived between 8:30 and 9:00 PM and it was already packed. I will add the caveat that there was a tour in town and many from the tour were at the pub.
