What a lovely spot.water water everywhere, well maintained grounds with a great kiddy area( pay on entry) but it's worth it I feel. Lots of activities for older kids, teens and adults like zip wire through the trees along with sky walks and other stuff up on trees. Great on a sunny warm day👍

There are endless things to do in lough key, spend the best part of a day in Boda Borg, treetop canopy walk, beautiful walks around the park itself with different bridges and jettys to stop by or have a picnic, a very impressive playground (which you have to pay into) or a free more basic but still fine playground, woodland... It was a poor day for weather, but we didn't let that stop us. The views and the grounds were beautiful. The forest walk is closed for maintenence but that was not too much of a let down. The story walk was very good and informative. I will definitely return for a visit when the weather is better and might... More

We came to the Forest Park specifically for Boda Borg. It was otherwise rainy and we did not spend any time in the park itself although it looked lovely. I suppose I assumed this was like an escape room and that it was something that could reasonably be completed. Neither of these is true. We went as a family of... More

Take a walk back in time, where there were no cars, freeways, enjoy the quiet and all that it entails, Irish beauty surrounds you at every step, take a stroll, reflect on times gone by, and exciting things to come, as you venture out for this magical walk., enjoy

We visited on a Monday, unfortunately none of the attractions are open Mondays in January, but it is still a lovely location for a forest and lakeside walk. Public toilets were clean and tidy. Just make sure you have change for parking if the centre isn't open or exiting might be a little more difficult

As part of a hen party I went to Lough Key Forest Park to do the Boda Berg challenge. We had a ball, so much craic and a great ice breaker for groups of people who don't know each other that well. Staff were good craic too and really helpful and friendly. We ate in the waterfront cafe in Lough... More

Paid a visit to Lough Key Forest Park on Sunday. It is a beautiful place and well maintained. There is a lovely cafe for snacks and even hot lunch although I did not use it so cannot comment. Toilet facilities both inside and outside were clean and maintained. There is a cost of €4 for the car park but you... More
