We visited with another couple in January 2017. Our intention was to spend an afternoon away from home and do something different on a January day. We had a lovely lunch in the coffee shop before taking the house tour. Both were excellent. Afterwards we again had coffee in the coffee shop to round off a wonderful afternoon. There is... More

This was a brilliantly fun place to go to with a great farm and playground for kids! Really enjoyable and I would definitely come back here very soon!

a fantastic walk especially in the summer as they have so many fields that you can get out of the hustle of everyone and everything, they also have a coffe shop and dog cafe too

We went here on a day off to take in the open farm. Its a really nice way to spent a few hours. There are pigs, goats, sheep, chickens and lots of other animals you would expect on the farm. Lots of the animals are walking around freely strutting their stuff like the peacocks. There is also a nice little... More

I can't believe this place. It has such beautiful grounds, an amazing playground and even has a petting farm. If you don't want to go into the petting farm you can go for a walk out around the grounds and encounter deer, goats, cattle, sheep and horses, all up close (behind fences, don't worry). There is a lovely cafe too... More

We called in last Sunday on a bright December morning. Plenty car parking space.. Burger/coffee van at the start/end of the longest walk. Lots of farm animals in large compounds and accessible for the children. A novelty road train was in operation which seems to tour the whole park, which is extensive. There's a wilder grassed area which would be... More

This is a really nice place to visit whatever the season. The grounds have lovely walks, through the woods or around the vast open grounds, which are very well maintained. It's always a must to drop in to the coffee shop/tea rooms on site (Lady Cobb's Cafe) & the service here is really excellent, a nice friendly atmosphere & the... More

Consulted website to see that tours were running at 12 noon, 2 pm and 3 pm. Arrived into the park at 2-30 pm and walked across two the house. Very poor signage indeed. Walked around the far side of the house and found the cafe. This was not very inviting. Still no sign of reception and ticket sales. Walked back... More
