This was the best music bar we went into during our two weeks in the Connemara area. The musicians were top notch and the bar had a great vibe. Everyone shared seats and tables with strangers. Really welcoming.

Highly recommend visiting this pub when staying in Clifden. Other pubs do be good but the music and bar staff are excellent! Great pints do help also.

We met friends at Lowry's Irish Music and Whiskey Bar. I didn't eat, but my friends did. I liked the traditional ambiance. however when the music started with the amplifiers set high, we had to move out and went elsewhere, so that we could talk.
