Chanced on this fantastic building and museum when staying in Cahersiveen for 2 nights ended up,visiting for 2 hours. Joan and Mary so welcoming and friendly and informative - best €2 I have spent in long time! Highly recommend a visit

Cahirciveen is full of history and the kids loved the stone forts and beech.Take your time and ask locals who are lovely.
